The beauty of this scouting expedition to Yosemite (usually a three hour drive for me) was that Chris Wimpey and Bill Henderson
wanted me to find a great view, but also were Chris did not have to climb. As well a place to park the motorhome close by, for talent, catering etc.
We hired a climbing guide to accompany me, so we could get to the best places without much effort. It was a two day scout and we ended up with the perfect location, all agreed.
